  • Can I amend or cancel my order after confirming it?

 

All orders once finalized will not be able to change or refund. Do contact us ASAP if you have selected the wrong size, if the parcel is still within our compound we will try our best to exchange the size for you. We do not do refund, but other alternatives is still possible. 

 
  • I have a discount/promo code, how can I use it in paying for my orders? 

 

Click onto your shopping cart located on the top right corner. Simply key in the code into the box "Promotional Code" and click "Apply Coupon" in your shopping Cart page before proceeding on to check out. Please note that we are unable to manually apply the voucher code to your order if you have missed keying it during check out. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.

  • What are the modes of payment ordering online?

 

Currently we only accept payments made via PayPal, Masters and Visa. Do also note that we do not accept payments made via ATM transfer. Need not worry if you do not have a Paypal accountAfter confirming your order, you will be asked to log on to PayPal. Simply click "Pay with my debit or credit card" and key in your card details on that page. 

 
  • How do I order? 

 

Select your desired item(s), adding it to your shopping cart and once you have finalized your order, click on your shopping cart to check out for payment. Kindly ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchase.
